Hi all, Unfortunately my mmi in my 2010 A6 Avant has stopped working properly. Its the basic with dvd nav and Bluetooth. When I put the key in the ignition the mmi screen doesn't come on at all. I start the car and still nothing. The controls/buttons are not illuminated either and unresponsive. I have a 2013 Audi A6 and the MMI screen is stuck in the displayed/driving position and will no retract win the botton or when the car is turned off. I've reset the MMI and that dis not work. Is there a problem with it's motor possibly, or is there something I'm missing?
